The Sand Hills of Nebraska were aptly described by Ben Crenshaw as "the promised land" for golf, and our new course at Dismal River is one of the most natural we've built, with literally half its greens just laying there waiting to be smoothed out and planted.
By contrast with the Jack Nicklaus-designed White course, the new Red course starts high in the dunes and works its way down to the banks of the Dismal River which passes closely below the 16th and 18th greens, thanks to an unusual open-jaw routing that doesn't finish where it started.
